Alyson currently exhibits whenever the opportunity arises. Her artworks are on display at her studio and around Volmoed, the Retreat & Conference Centre where she lives & works. She also meets regularly with a small ‘Critique’ group to share advice on each others work as well as giving advice to a small group of local artists who visit her at her studio in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley outside Hermanus. With the help of 2 others, she is involved in arranging & running week-long Art related retreats at Volmoed. Two were held in 2010 and the next will be in March 2011.
Recent years have brought renewed time & energy to explore many different areas, mainly an appreciation of life, beauty and God’s creation in all it’s diversity. Her 1st solo was held in 2000 at Shelley Adams Art Studio in Hermanus and the 2nd one in December 2010 at Bellini Gallery in Hermanus.
